Pretty simple concept. Take a Staples Easy Button, hack it/add electronics that will allow it to say a different phrase each time the button is pressed. After 8 – 10 different phrases, it loops back to the beginning of the phrase list.

Unit must still operate on battery power, and all electronics still must fit in the Easy Button housing.
