Basically, an idea is to allows up to 7 devices, in this case (inputs or outputs, don’t matter), to be plugged in and to have them criss-cross connected across ‘busses’, to route the audio signal inputs to desired outputs. Once I’m finished prototyping the electronics for the arduimometer, I’m going to design a custom PCB and use the DIY method with Ferric Chloride (FeCl3) and a single sided copper clad board to create the PCB.
I just ordered some Ferric chloride solution, some copper clad boards, and some Datak tin plate from Electronics Express. I’ve heard good things about them …..
